Kazuhiko Togo
Togo, Kazuhiko is a visiting professor at Kyoto Sangyo University and advisor for external relations for the Shizuoka Prefectural Government. He has a Ph.D. in Humanities from Leiden University and from 1968 had served the Japanese Foreign Ministry, working extensively on Soviet/Russian affairs, retiring in 2002 as ambassador to the Netherlands. Since then, he has taught at universities abroad, including Leiden, Princeton, and Seoul. From 2010 until March 2020, he served as Professor and Director of the Institute for World Affairs at Kyoto Sangyo University. For his writing please refer to his website.
