Brandon Marc Higa
Brandon Marc Higa is a third-generation Okinawan American attorney with a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa William S. Richardson School of Law. Higa received a National Security Education Program David L. Boren Graduate Fellowship to conduct post-graduate field research on the U.S. military presence in Japan while attending Stanford University’s Inter-University Center for Japanese Language Studies. Higa is an alumnus of the University of Southern California (BA/MA in International Relations) and is currently a doctoral candidate at the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa’s Doctor of Juridical Sciences (S.J.D.) program.
