Udan Fernando
Udan Fernando, PhD (Amsterdam) held leadership positions in development organizations in Sri Lanka (1989-2001), worked as a Senior Consultant in a research and advisory agency in The Netherlands, carrying out research in East/West Africa, South/East Asia and Europe (2002-2012) and Executive Director of a Colombo-based Think Tank (2012-2019). Currently he is Convener, Colombo Charter, Asian Civil Society Research Network while functions as a freelance researcher in South and East Asia, splitting his time in Colombo and Singapore.
