Ian Rowen
Ian Rowen is Assistant Professor of sociology, geography, and urban planning at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, where he holds cross-appointments in the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies and School of Art, Design, and Media. He has published articles in <em>The Journal of Asian Studies, Annals of the American Association of Geographers, Annals of Tourism Research, </em>and <em>Asian Anthropology</em>, among other outlets. He has been a postdoctoral research fellow at Academia Sinica Institute of Ethnology, an Associate Researcher at the French Centre for Research on Contemporary China (CEFC), a World Economic Forum Global Future Council Fellow, and a Fulbright Fellow.
