Sheila Miyoshi Jager is an Associate Professor of East Asian Studies, Oberlin College and and a Visiting Research Professor of National Security Affairs at the Strategic Studies Institute, U.S. Army War College. She is the author (with Rana Mitter) of Ruptured Histories: War, Memory and the Post-Cold War in Asia (Harvard University Press, 2007).
