Tom Ellis is Principal lecturer and researcher in the Institute of Criminal Justice Studies, University of Portsmouth, UK. He is an editor of the journal Crime Prevention and Community Safety and of the Internet Journal of Criminology. He has published extensively on all aspects of Japanese criminal justice and recently on agroterrorism in S. Korea. He can be reached on tom.ellis@port.ac.uk
