APJ Subscription Drive December 2017

With tensions between the US and North Korea at fever pitch in the era of Donald Trump, with mounting conflict between the US and China, China and the nations of the South China Sea, and between Okinawa and the US-Japan, we believe that APJ is more important than ever.

We have no corporate, foundation or university angel, so our ability to publish relies heavily on our core supporters.

A matching grant on contributions of $100 and more (up to a cumulative total of $5,000) is in effect through January 1. Now is the time to contribute.

Your financial support allows us to provide APJ free to our 18,000 regular readers and thousands of others around the world. The journal is strong and growing. But we need support to maintain it free to global readers and expand our coverage.

If you value the journal, please go to our homepage where you can both subscribe to our semi-monthly Newsletter and contribute (tax deductible) via Paypal or credit card.

We need support in the range of $100-500-1,000 to maintain the site toward our goal of $12,000.

We're off to a good start with $4,200+ toward our goal of $12,000. Please help us now.

The Editors

APJ Summer Subscription Drive 2017 has been successfully completed. We thank readers for contributions surpassing $3,000. Your contributions allow us to continue to make the journal available free of charge.
Subscribers can request a free Newsletter published twice each month with links to new articles.

Readers can also choose to follow our articles through Twitter and Facebook.
More than 17,000 people in 195 countries presently subscribe to APJ, approximately half through our Newsletter, while others follow us through Facebook or Twitter. Readers on six continents access articles 100,000 to 150,000 times each month.

With no institutional support, we rely on readers, authors and supporters, who enable the Journal to publish, improve the quality of the website, and circulate our weekly Newsletter.

Contributions to APJ may be made via Paypal, which accepts major credit cards and bank transfers. As a recognized 501 (C) (3) non-profit organization, contributions are tax-deductible in the United States.

The Journal is available to libraries and institutions through paid subscriptions for $50 per year. This includes unlimited reproduction of our articles by the library server, or in course packets or other printed form. Please contact us about this at
