APJ Subscription Drive December 2017

With tensions between the US and North Korea at fever pitch in the era of Donald Trump, with mounting conflict between the US and China, China and the nations of the South China Sea, and between Okinawa and the US-Japan, we believe that APJ is more important than ever.

We have no corporate, foundation or university angel, so our ability to publish relies heavily on our core supporters.

A matching grant on contributions of $100 and more (up to a cumulative total of $5,000) is in effect through January 1. Now is the time to contribute.

Mei-Chih Hu is a Professor at the Institute of Technology Management, National Tsing Hua University, Taiwan (mchu@mx.nthu.edu.tw). She has a Ph.D. in Management from Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia. She is working with Taiwan’s newly established Science and Technology Ministry in assisting in the formulation of S&T policy and community platforms on the innovation systems of emerging green industries such as LEDs, solar photovoltaic, and bio-agriculture sectors in greater China. Her papers have been published in journals including Nature, Research Policy, World Development, Regional Studies, Scientometrics, Innovation and Industry, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, Multidiscipinary Science, and Technology Analysis and Strategic Management.
